Looking for help for ongoing project. Overwhelmed and need to offload some code work.

Must have:
* 2 years programming experience in php (LAMP)C# or more.
* C# java additionally helpful
* CSS skills helpful
* flash skills very helpful but not necessary
* English as a first language please

Must understand deadlines, source code, and can work remotely and communicate on a daily basis.

Please include in your response your hourly rate and how may hours you will be available.
