Attorney/Corporate

The candidate will provide advice and attention to legal issues associated with the firm's registered fund business. Will assist with other matters, including litigation. Work extensively with senior lawyers and experienced legal staff. Perform legal work on a broad variety of matters involving funds, fund distribution, and related investment management matters. Oversee and assist with litigation-related matters, including managing external counsel and preparing responses to subpoenas. Review contracts and other legal documents for validity, content, accuracy and compliance. In addition to individual responsibilities, support senior lawyers on complex projects relating to fund and corporate business.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and J.D. degree. Must have 5+ years of relevant legal experience and 1940 Act experience. Should have strong verbal and written communication skills.
